Welcome!
International Pancreatic Cancer Center

Dear visitor,

On behalf of the Pancreatic Cancer Center, we welcome you on our website. The International Pancreatic Cancer Center is a joint initiative by the Division of General and Visceral Surgery of the University of Freiburg Medical Center Department of Surgery and the Freiburg Tumor Biology Center.

We have made it our task to provide comprehensive holistic surgical, oncological and supportive care of the highest standard to patients with pancreatic carcinoma or diffuse pancreatic tumours. As part of your treatment, this unique project allows you to benefit from the complete service spectrum of both institutions.

Whether the requirement is for surgery, chemotherapy, dietary advice or supportive treatment, whether it concerns the initial diagnosis, a diffuse tumor or an already diagnosed and histologically confirmed tumor: at the center of all our efforts is always the patient.

Using our range of modular services, we aim to provide every patient with optimal individual care and treatment of the highest quality.
